Background : 6 months to 1 year in production or inspection work helps you hit your stride. Sharp Eyes: You notice what others overlook. What You'll Do: You'll be right on the floor where the action happens. You'll inspect, measure, and track the quality that keeps production moving. You'll spot issues before they become problems and work with the crew to keep everything safe and smooth Provides advanced administrative support to high-level management by preparing complex reports and presentations, conducting analyses using various software, and coordinating information for internal and external contacts. Leads and guides less experienced employees, performs confidential duties, and determines methods for completing complex tasks. Supports quality training, monitors training databases, and assists with cGMP training. Coordinates and tracks audits, preparing for internal and external reviews to ensure thorough record-keeping and compliance.
