Quality Control Job Details: Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00 pm Pay Rate: $19.23 - $22.11 Quality Control Job Description: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products using standard measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records Identify, report, and assist in resolving product defects or non-conformances Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support root cause analysis and corrective actions Ensure adherence to company quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines Assist with audits, process checks, and continuous improvement initiatives Quality Control Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; technical or quality-related certification preferred 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment (preferred) Experience using inspection tools and measuring equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
