Medicare Annual Wellness Visits are recommended annually. The Annual Wellness Nurse may rotate among several clinics performing annual wellness visits. The Annual Wellness Nurse must be flexible and be willing to help in other areas of the clinic if the need arises. The Annual Wellness Nurse performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the Mission and Values of Hattiesburg Clinic. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Registered Nurse) required; Current state licensure, required. At least three years of nursing experience, preferred. Knowledge of EMR, medical management and policies and procedures. Intermediate skills in work processing, spreadsheet and database development and maintenance.
