Regional Quality Assurance Manager
Transdev in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced Regional Compliance & Quality Manager to bolster our team. The Fleet Services Regional Compliance & Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing quality, compliance and standards across fleet services. This role ensures that ISO quality standards are optimized under HR, maintenance, and inventory management. As a lead, you will identify areas for improvement in efficiency and strategy while adhering to company standards

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure overall quality and performance across regional fleet operations.
Lead regional quality assurance initiatives for fleet maintenance, ensuring products and services meet company and regulatory standards.
Oversee audits and inspections of maintenance facilities, processes, tools, and equipment including the scheduling and oversight of team of internal auditors.
Analyze trends in process performance and conformity of products and services; develop and implement corrective action plans.
Review work orders, maintenance records, and reporting for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Partner with operations, maintenance, and regional leadership teams to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to relevant staff to enhance performance and accountability.
Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and company policies across the region.
Support training initiatives and standardization of best practices across multiple locations.
Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and fleet performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Travel 75%
Proven experience in fleet maintenance, transportation operations, or quality assurance, preferably in a multi-site or regional environment.
ISO-certified Internal Auditor preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence and guide teams across multiple locations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and maintenance management systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
