Quality Control Technician Chemical

Inventory Specialist Manufacturing (SAP Focus)
Location: Bay Point, CA
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support a manufacturing lab environment by performing chemical and physical testing on materials to ensure they meet quality standards. This role involves working hands-on with lab equipment, documenting results, and supporting overall product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
Perform QC testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
Record and report results using SAP, Excel, and lab systems
Maintain documentation in compliance with SOPs and lab procedures
Calibrate and maintain lab equipment
Investigate out-of-spec results and support root cause analysis
Support audits, inspections, and customer complaint investigations

Qualifications
35 years of experience in a manufacturing QC lab environment
Hands-on experience with chemical or physical testing
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
Knowledge of lab procedures, calibration, and documentation standards
Ability to work independently and follow strict safety protocols
