Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! + **Pay:** $ 33.00/hr + **Shift/Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm** **Position Overview:** We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our Clinical Studies Department. The Quality Assurance Associate performs a variety of quality-related tasks in support of GMP production. This role involves routine to moderately complex responsibilities, following established protocols and work plans while ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP, and internal quality standards. The position may work closely with QA Specialists and Senior Specialists. **Responsibilities:** Inspect incoming materials for GMP production to ensure quality and compliance Support packaging floor activities, including: o Equipment and room approvals o Facility compliance checks o Auditing, label inspection, and line clearance Review production batch records, logbooks, and related documentation Perform quality verification for just-in-time labeling processes Manage document control activities, including issuance, scanning, filing, and archiving Revise SOPs, Work Instructions, and Forms as needed Assist with process improvement and efficiency initiatives Ensure products are manufactured, packaged, and tested in accordance with FDA guidelines, GxP regulations, and internal SOPs Participate in quality programs and ensure adherence to established standards Support investigations, deviations, and data collection activities in a timely, compliant manner Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP standards Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Perform additional duties as assigned **Requirements:** **Education:** Associate's degree or equivalent experience required **Preferred:** Six Sigma or ASQ certification **Knowledge & Skills** Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions Strong problem-solving skills using established procedures Familiarity with quality systems and material control processes Ability to identify and escalate quality or compliance concerns Strong mathematical and analytical reasoning skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a matrix environment Proactive mindset with strong time management skills **Physical Requirements** Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout an 8-hour workday Frequent use of hands for handling materials and equipment Ability to reach above shoulder height and below waist level Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Visual acuity for document review, inspections, and computer work May require respirator use **Pay Details:** $33.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
