Job Description:
You will be the Senior Quality Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering worldclass missile and firecontrol systems that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Quality Engineer you will be responsible for applying rigorous quality principles across design, production, and sustainment while partnering with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve qualityrelated issues.
- Leading product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and correctivepreventive actions.
- Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis of nonconforming material.
- Developing and maintaining statistical dashboards and automating manual dataanalysis tasks to increase efficiency.
- Producing weekly, monthly, and programlevel quality status reports for leadership.

Qualifications:
- STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above and/or equivalent experience/combined education.- Experience with corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience implementing mistake proofing process controls.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and built strong relationships with management at all levels, as well as customers and stakeholders.
- Experience designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equivalent; conducting product quality tests, performing statistical analysis to assess product or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
- This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
