We re looking for a passionate Automation QA Engineer who can drive test strategy, build robust automation frameworks, and ensure flawless releases for enterprise-grade applications in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
What You ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy and automation efforts
• Build scalable API & UI automation solutions
• Improve release confidence through CI/CD quality gates
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product & DevOps teams
• Identify risks early and prevent production defects before they happen

Must-Have Skills:

• API Testing (Postman)
• UI Automation: Playwright / Selenium
• Test Automation Frameworks
• CI/CD, DevOps & Quality Gates
• SQL & Data Validation
• Integration / Regression Testing
• Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
• Agile/Scrum experience

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in API Testing and Automation QA.
• Strong programming skills in:
• Python
• Java
• C#
• Hands-on experience with API automation tools/frameworks such as:
• Rest Assured
• Postman
• PyTest
• Karate
• NUnit / JUnit / TestNG
• Good understanding of:
• RESTful APIs
• SOAP services
• JSON & XML
• HTTP methods and status codes
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have: Kafka, Snowflake, Performance Testing, AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Claude, Codex), Banking/Finance domain expertise.
