- Understand and articulate business and technical problems addressed by the product/AUT
- Break down complex requirements into clear, testable scenarios
- Define testing strategy, master test plan, and overall test schedule
- Drive testing across Component, Integration, UAT, and Production phases
- Set the direction and tone for quality delivery across multiple teams
- Identify test data needs and create mock/synthetic test data as required
- Proficiency in at least one automation tool such as Selenium, Cucumber, IBM RFT, etc.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (Data-Driven, Hybrid, Page Object Model)
- Hands-on scripting experience using Python or Core Java
- Experience in Vibe coding
- Working knowledge of Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy
- Experience in Agile/Scrum, test & defect lifecycle, and test management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and perform under pressure
- A team player and effective communicator
- Transparent, self-driven, and quality-focused
- Comfortable leading testing strategy across large programs
- Strong Elevance Health System knowledge including: EDP, Member, Benefits, WGS, ISG, Spider, WPD, Accum ODS
