Position Overview: A leading electronics manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to perform functional and system-level testing of server hardware within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement by identifying hardware issues, troubleshooting failures, and collaborating closely with engineering teams. Job Title: Test Technician Location: Georgetown, TX 78628 Pay Rate: $24.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Execute functional and system-level tests on server hardware following engineering specifications Diagnose and troubleshoot test failures using standard equipment and tools Collaborate with Test and Manufacturing Engineering teams on root cause analysis Accurately document test results, defects, and issues in internal systems Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and testing activities Ensure adherence to ESD, safety, and quality standards Escalate complex issues as needed Qualifications: Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Computer Science, or relevant hands-on experience 2+ years in electronics testing or a manufacturing/test environment Knowledge of Linux (scripting and command-line) Understanding of LAN/networking fundamentals Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies) Ability to follow schematics and technical documentation Preferred: Experience with server hardware or high-volume electronics manufacturing Familiarity with automated test systems and diagnostic software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Work Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting Standing for extended periods; handling electronic components Strict adherence to ESD and safety protocols How to Apply: Please apply here or submit your resume to .... 10236303 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
