Our client, a manufacturing company in the Claremore area, is seeking a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) to join their team. This role is responsible for performing inspections and testing throughout the production process to ensure all products meet required quality standards. Hours: Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm Pay: $30-$35/hr + $2 differential
Responsibilities:

Perform layout and dimensional checks on small parts.

Conduct fit-up checks before welding and inspect final welds/repairs.

Maintain accurate testing documentation and inspection reports.

Recommend improvements to product quality, design, or processes.

Participate in vendor evaluations and investigate quality issues.

Stay current with applicable welding codes and inspection practices.
