Quality Inspector Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Compensation: $20.00-$26.00 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Job Type: Temp | Full-time (6-9 Month Contract) About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector for a medical device manufacturing company in Brooklyn Park, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure high-quality, compliant products by performing detailed inspections in a clean, regulated environment. What You'll Do as a Quality Inspector: Perform detailed visual and physical inspections of materials, components, and finished products Use microscopes, calipers, gauges, and other tools to evaluate product quality Identify defects and determine disposition (acceptable vs. non-conforming) Document inspection results and enter data into quality systems Maintain product traceability and proper labeling throughout the inspection process Ensure inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and properly maintained Follow safety, cleanliness, and regulatory procedures in a controlled environment What You Need to Bring: High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of quality inspection experience Experience using microscopes and visual inspection tools Ability to use calipers, gauges, and measurement equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify defects Ability to work overtime, extended hours, or weekends as needed Experience in a medical device or regulated environment preferred #metrocareers Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
