Explanation Requirements Dynamo Aviation, Inc Organization Responsibilities Process: Quality Reports To: President This position is a Leadership Position. Responsible for several activities. This position is responsible for providing guidance while engaging in supporting the quality, HR, and safety requirements. Minimum qualifications: The candidate must be a team player, should be able to work independently, act decisively, and have above-average planning and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience: 1. Experience in working with Human Resources responsibilities. 2. Experience in Health and Safety 3. Seven (7) years quality assurance/control, manufacturing operations and/or military operations experience is required, of which at least five (5) years are in a supervisory capacity is preferred. 4. Must be able to interpret drawings, blueprints, digital data models, and specifications. Thorough knowledge of inspection/engineering techniques, procedures, instruments, and equipment are required 5. Excellent analytic, negotiation and decision making skills 6. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. 7. Excellent time management and leadership skills. 8. Ability to work positively under pressure to achieve quality goals. 9. Confident, self driven, dynamic 10. Ability to work positively with customers, vendors and company employees 11. Possess critical thinking, active listening, judgment and decision making skills 12. Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus. 13. Excellent time management and leadership skills. Education: Duties and Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in aviation sciences, quality systems or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Two or four-year degree is preferable, but not mandatory. Working conditions: Sitting, walking, and standing for up to 10 hours in the Day. Able to lift 25 lbs. as required. Minimum 40 work hours expected per week during company operating hours. Some over-time may be required. Other Duties may be assigned as appropriate.
