About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Lea d specializing in Playwright to spearhea d enterprise-scale test automation initiatives and lea d QA automation strategy across complex applications. This role involves designing scalable automation frameworks, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across web platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to ensure release quality and testing efficiency. **Responsibilities** - Drive enterprise-scale test automation initiatives. - Lea d QA automation strategy across complex applications. - Design scalable automation frameworks. - Mentor QA engineers. - Ensure high-quality software delivery across web platforms. - Implement and scale Playwright automation in enterprise environments with CI/CD integration. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders. - Debug, perform root-cause analysis, and solve problems in fast-paced Agile environments. **Education Qualification** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. **Required Skills** - Deep expertise in Playwright and modern test automation frameworks. - Strong hands-on coding ability and excellent analytical thinking. - Ability to influence automation best practices organization-wide. - Strong knowledge of UI, API, regression, integration, and cross-browser testing methodologies. - Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, test framework architecture, and automation design patterns. - Experience integrating Playwright with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, and reporting frameworks. - Knowledge of performance testing, API automation, test data management, and cloud-based test execution platforms. - Demonstrated lea dership qualities, ownership mindset, logical reasoning skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in software quality engineering. **Nice to Have Skills** - Experience working in the Utility industry is preferred.
