This role oversees quality assurance, process improvement initiatives, and compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The manager plays a key role in minimizing downtime and supporting Liberty's initiatives in delivering gas fuel solutions, including field gas dehydration, treating and processing systems, CNG terminals (compression and decompression), and on-site delivery services. Success in this role requires a forward-thinking and observant approach, seeking opportunities to streamline processes, adopt innovative technologies or methodologies, and enhance operational reliability through improved practices. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering. It is a condition of employment to pass the CNG certification from the Railroad Commission of Texas for Managers. Prior experience with natural gas production, gathering, treating and processing is beneficial. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and people skills. Passion for safety and always making sure it is top priority. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success. Conducts regular audits at compression stations and field locations to verify compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards. Analyzes quality data and metrics to identify trends, address deficiencies, and drive continuous improvement. Takes ownership of the NCR (Non-Conformance Report) process, including conducting thorough root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions. Recognizes high-potential events and issue corresponding Safety and Quality (SQ) alerts. Maps, evaluates, and redesigns operational processes for rig-ups and rig-downs to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Identifies and implements opportunities for process optimization and procedural improvements. Monitors process performance and adjust operations as needed to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Leads workshops with Logistics, Compression, and Field Operations teams to identify gas supply disruptions and streamline workflows. Trains and mentors team members on quality standards, process improvement tools, and techniques. Assess training gaps among field employees and collaborates with District Managers (DMs) to address them. Oversees training and guidance for all LPI field personnel, maintaining a high standard of safety and operational excellence. Leads initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction by improving reliability and operational performance. Ensures compliance with local regulations and codes governing facilities and operations. Communicates with teams about hazardous risks and safety issues that may affect personnel or operations. Performs additional duties as assigned.
