SUMMARY
To assists the quality department in various tasks, and provide real time information on the health and integrity of beer production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collect daily samples of all fermentation tanks.
- Conducts analytical testing on a variety of samples throughout the beer making process.
- Record and interpret analytical test results.
- Perform media preparation for micro testing.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment.
- Maintain a product retention sample library.
- Sustain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform various duties for the Quality Department throughout the Brewery.
- Any other duties may be assigned by leadership.

- Basic knowledge and experience in a lab environment is required (school lab time or work).
- Experience in food or sanitary industry preferred.
- Associates degree (science) is preferred.
- Available for work on weekends and nights as needed.
