About the role
Job Summary
The NDT Inspector is responsible for ensuring that product quality specifications are in compliance with corporate and customer standards. This includes supporting the implementation of QA/QC policies, conducting inspections, and assisting in vendor evaluations.
This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
- Support the implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures.
- Assist in evaluating vendor quality and performance.
- Document inspection results and report deviations.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams and vendors to enforce quality standards.
- Skills & Qualifications
- May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures and tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inspection tasks.
- Ability to follow established procedures and report findings.
- Familiarity with product specifications and documentation.
- Willingness to learn and support quality assurance initiatives.
