The Post Install Audit team works very closely with most teams across our corporate and field divisions as a group of subject matter experts. We specialize in quality checking deliverables from Design, Supply Chain, and the Installers. As well as assisting various corporate teams with determining next steps for an account.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Audit Install work via photos to ensure quality work was done, and that it matches the permitted planset
Communicate with the install teams on issues found during audit and make the return appt to get this work done
Review Design deliverables to ensure plans and BOM are correct, and match installed equipment.
Review Supply Chain deliverables to ensure they have all the necessary information for our financing partners
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Project Management Systems
Comfortable having conversations with escalated field employees
Computer Proficiency
Understand the full scope of a solar project
Clear articulation of language and writing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
Strong ability to multitask with phone calls and auditing installation photos.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma with 2 years of working experience
Solar Design, QA, or Install experience preferred
Design, Support, or other experience with SolarEdge, Tesla, or Enphase preferred.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
