We serve all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.Job DescriptionThe Clinical Quality Consultant is responsible for integrating Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities throughout each site and consulting with each site in the coordination, implementation, support, and monitoring of these activities. The Clinical Quality Consultant approaches his/her tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in a self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.
