What We're Doing
Become a part of something IMPACT-ful! Ground Missile Defense (GMD) is the heart of the Missile Defense System and a key element of our nations defense against ballistic missile attacks.

The GMD Weapon System (GWS) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat.

The Work
The selected Principal Test Engineer responsibilities will include the support of the GWS-IDT IPT. You be responsible for scheduling the tests for execution and then will monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust for evolving conditions.

#rmshotmiljobsBachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree and 3 years of related experience, or 1 years of experience with a PhD.

Design, develop, implement, and execute test plans, integration plans, and procedures to complete system-level integration testing.
Ability to understand and interpret requirements and test guidance to complete system-level integration testing.
Experience developing testing criteria to successfully satisfy requirements.
Experience in C++ development
Experience using Python and other scripting languages
Experience using Eggplant or other GUI based toolset
Experience with Gitlab or Bitbucket
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.
Applicants must have a current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start Security+ certification

Java experience/understanding
Experience using Cameo
Active, in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret clearance
