Description Health Enterprises Pharmacy Services (HEPS) is hiring a 340B Program Compliance Analyst to support client hospitals through 340B compliance auditing and reporting. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home for a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities: Conduct 340B Program compliance audits for client hospitals to assess alignment with applicable federal and state requirements. Review patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) to validate eligibility for 340B transactions. Run and analyze reports from 340B third-party administrator (TPA) software to support audit work. Review client 340B policies and procedures and identify compliance risks and gaps. Prepare audit documentation and reports outlining scope, methodology, findings, and recommendations. Present audit results and supporting documentation to clients via video conference. Answer client questions related to 340B program requirements and audit outcomes. Support the 340B Program Manager and team with special projects and related initiatives, as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). State licensure and national certification as a pharmacy technician, plus a minimum of three (3) years of pharmacy experience. Working knowledge of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations, billing processes, and healthcare systems (EMR and 340B TPA platforms). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, customer-service-oriented approach when working with clients. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Ability to obtain company-sponsored Apexus ACE 340B Certification after one (1) year of employment.
