Inspector I

Read, understand and practice Customer Standards & specifications * Read, understand and practice Industry Standards & Specifications * Read, understand and practice internal procedures & work instructions * Use various inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, ultrasonic thickness tester * Review and inspect incoming, in-process and outgoing material * Work with production to review and verify products conformance to specified requirements * Handle non-conforming material including the identification and disposition as required * Handle the review of incoming material test reports to ensure compliance * Have knowledge of AS9100D/AS9120B/ISO 9001-15 standards * Assist in conducting internal audits * Perform other duties as assigned to meet facility goals Skills/Knowledge: * High School Diploma or GED * 2 years experience in quality inspection * Basic Computer Skills * Excellent Communication Skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with sheet and plate material * Experience with Titanium * Experience in Aerospace Industry Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm 1st Shift Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
