About the Organization Bluegrass Community Health Center is dedicated to contributing to the lives of patients through the compassionate provision of comprehensive primary healthcare. BCHC was originally established in 2001, with a federal 330 health center grant to serve local farm workers. In 2007, additional grant funding awards allowed an expansion to serve the greater community, including low-income families, the homeless, the uninsured, and Medicaid and KCHIP recipients.

Position Quality Director Category Healthcare Rate of Pay Salary range $65,000 - $80,000 Description

What You Will Do:

The Quality Director is responsible for supervising the Quality Analysts and overseeing all aspects of quality and risk management at Bluegrass Community Health Center (BCHC). This position is accountable for developing quality improvement strategies, ensuring effective execution of improvement plans, and maintaining documentation to support compliance and successful site visits and audits.

Who We're Looking For:

A Critical thinker who can lead and mentor Quality staff in systematic data collection, reporting, and analysis to drive evidence-based decision making across BCHC clinical, financial, and operational activities. Someone who is proctive in identifing barriers to process improvement and develops actionable solutions.

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Nursing Degree required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in health administration or related field required.
• Current KY RN license
• Experience in clinic setting one year or more.
• Two Years' experience as Registered Nurse
• Management Experience

Equivalency:

• Education may substitute for experience; however, experience may not substitute for education.
