- Performs manual tasks according to established procedures
Essential Functions
- Assists with repetitive and routine inspections, checks, tests and sampling procedures of standard parts, units, equipment, or materials
- Supports with inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well-defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/or electrical measurements.
- Reworks or rejects subassemblies or finished products as required. Performs audits to ensure standards of quality are maintained.
- Accurately documents the results of the inspections and testing.
- Coordinates calibration of test equipment and fixtures.
- Assists in the writing and updating of inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
- Requires ability to interpret prints, schematics, and drawings.
- Required education and experience: Attending a Vocational / Technical School or internal training program OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & Experience or Skillset; No prior experience needed
- Preferred education and experience: Vocational/Technical Training Degree
- Discipline/Major: Technical training preferred
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Mathematical skills. Computer skills. Technical expertise. Detail oriented.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- May need to stand for long periods of time.
- May be requested to work a different shift.
- Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as required
- This position is Safety-Sensitive.

Pay Range (USD)
Min $43,200 Annu. - Max $58,400 Annu.
