The Quality Inspector is responsible for monitoring and verifying the quality of in-process and finished products through inspection, testing, and data analysis to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

What You Will Do:

* Perform inspections of in-process and finished products to verify conformance to specifications using visual and measurement testing methods
* Communicate inspection results and required adjustments to production teams to ensure product quality and process consistency
* Identify nonconforming materials and coordinate rework, quarantine, or return processes in accordance with quality procedures
* Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and enter data into quality systems and databases
* Conduct inspections within controlled environments, including machine shop and ISO 7 cleanroom settings, as required
* Support internal audit activities and perform process audits across departments to ensure adherence to manufacturing standards
* Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while promoting a safe work environment
* Inspect incoming materials and support Material Control processes, including verification of documentation and specifications
* Participate in continuous improvement and quality-related projects as assigned
* Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

* High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2-3 years of experience in quality inspection or a related manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* This position is designated as a non-smoking role due to cleanroom particulate requirements
* Proficiency using inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection systems
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
* Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
