Quality Technician

Nesco Resource is hiring a Quality Inspector for a growing client in the North Royalton area. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring products meet top-quality standards before they reach customers. What You'll Do Inspect & Ensure Quality Perform product inspections and line audits to maintain high standards Verify operator inspection sheets for accuracy and completeness Conduct material audits and inspect incoming and outgoing products Use tools like calipers and height gauges to measure and evaluate parts Approve or reject products based on established quality criteria Record inspection results and maintain detailed quality logs Identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts Assist in training new team members on quality procedures Provide guidance on quality alerts, standards, and best practices Coordinate and perform product rework when needed Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality policies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard procedures What You Bring 1-3 years of quality inspection experience (preferred) High school diploma or GED Experience in machining or plastic injection molding (a plus) Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control processes Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs Ability to pass a preemployment screening Shift: 1 st Salary: $20-$25 Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance HSA/FSA PTO and Holiday Pay Long-term and Short-term Disability Insurance - paid by company Basic Life Insurance paid by company 401K or Roth 401K (100% on contribution up to 3% and 50% contribution between 3% and 5%) Shoe and uniform allowance Company sponsored events such as Holiday Luncheons, Various Associate Contests, Christmas gifts, Perfect Attendance Awards just to name a few EAP Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
