What's a typical day as a Quality Inspector? You'll be: Inspecting finished product for defects and specification deviations, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintaining and documenting inspection results and records for accuracy and compliance. Segregating non-conforming materials, performing touch-ups, and reporting on product beyond repair. Communicating visual and dimensional quality standards and defects to line operators. Following established company and legal safety regulations, contributing to a healthy work environment. Analyzing customer drawings, prints, and specifications for finished product requirements. Supporting the CARE values and collaborating across all levels of the organization. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are proficient in geometric tolerances and quality standards/practices (must have). Possess strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Have proficiency in computer technology and MS Office applications (must have). Are able to distinguish colors and demonstrate dexterity for factory floor tasks. Can lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, stoop for extended periods. Can communicate professionally with executives, functional leaders, and production workers. Are committed to upholding quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
