Job Responsibilities Monitor end-to-end warranty process from claim receipt through closure
Validate warranty claims
Lead warranty investigations
Perform root cause analysis for warranty issues
Track warranty-related costs
Analyze warranty trends and identify systemic issues
Drive containment actions and corrective actions
Verify permanent corrective action effectiveness
Lead contract and project risk reviews using warranty data
Support quality planning for new contracts and projects
Lead cross-functional warranty reduction projects
Lead product improvement projects based on warranty and field data
Serve as technical liaison for customers and field service teams
Develop dashboards for warranty trends and project risks
Maintain visibility into warranty trends and risks
Use field data to support business decisions
Prevent repeat failures by connecting warranty data, design issues, and project execution
Coordinate warranty lessons learned with Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Testing, Field Service, and Quality teams
