Bilingual Quality Control Inspector-1st Shift

7:45am-5:45pm M-TH $24HR Pro Resources is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Inspection / Quality Technician to help ensure products meet the highest standards. This role is critical to maintaining quality throughout the production process and is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy and consistency. Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 6:45am-4:45pm Friday: 6:45am-2:45pm Benefits: Weekly Pay Medical, Dental, Vision What You’ll Do: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Perform in-process and final quality checks Identify and report defects or inconsistencies Work closely with production to resolve quality issues Maintain inspection records and documentation Help keep work areas clean and organized What We’re Looking For: Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records Good communication and teamwork skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Must have the ability to lift at least 50lbs #Crawfordsville
