Quality Inspector

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Quality Inspectors for a company in northern Tallahassee, FL. In this position candidates will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and verifying products and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate for this role will be dedicated to supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining high product quality in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform in-process and final inspections of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs), sub-assemblies, and finished products.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs), workmanship standards, and customer specifications.
• Identify and document defects such as soldering issues, component placement errors, damage, or other quality concerns.
• Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Work closely with production, test, and engineering teams to resolve quality problems.
• Always maintain strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Other duties as required.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent visual inspection skills.
• Prior quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with basic quality tools and concepts (e.g., defect classification, root cause analysis).
• Proficient in documenting findings clearly and accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with production teams.
• Must successfully complete all required training.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to quality.

1st shift | $16 per hour starting wage with raises available in the first 6 months.
