High school diploma or GED required Associate degree in a science-related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required Food manufacturing or food handling experience preferred Basic computer skills required Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment Responsibilities: Perform quality inspections and analysis of raw materials and finished products Support food safety programs, allergen control, and traceability/recall processes Conduct line audits and monitor compliance with quality and food safety procedures Review ingredient storage, rotation, and material usage in the warehouse Complete sensory evaluations on raw materials and finished products Investigate and help resolve quality or food safety concerns Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and quality program maintenance Maintain accurate records and communicate findings to management More Than Just a Paycheck.
