The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Quality Auditor to work out of itsstate-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.

Coordinate the planning, scheduling and execution of all audits (internal,customer and distribution).

The key responsibilities of the Quality Auditor include, but are not limited to:

Host customer audits or schedule a host if unavailableInternal audits - issue findings and coordinate CAR issuance, thenreview/accept responses and issue to customersExternal audits - issue CAR's, then review/accept responses and issue tocustomersPerform required training resulting from audit findings within Quality,delegating other department trainingConduct audits at distributorsConduct or coordinate audits on AAO's behalf at affiliate divisionsKeep management updated of audit issues, deadlines and potential crisisareasResponsible to keep the Quality Manual up to dateRelease quality documents as directed by Quality Engineers and managementMaintain internal audit schedules (QMS and weekly audits)Assist in other quality functions as required by management

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

ISO Auditor certificate preferred, Technical AS Degree or equivalent relatedjob experienceJob requires hands on approachGood organizational skillsKnowledge of Data 3 and spread sheet capabilitiesCommunication skills both verbal and writtenMust be problem solverSome long flights requiredMust be able to walk and when necessary, carry parts throughout the facilityTravel is required, in extreme months as much as fifty percent or more
