KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, process risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor process capability and quality performance metrics and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Senior Quality Engineers on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions utilizing tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, SPC, and other quality methodologies.
- Identify gaps with measurements systems from various data sources, and collaborate with key stakeholders to mitigate data integrity issues, develop new systems, and improve
- Prepare quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review and operational decision-making.
- MRB participant, supporting containment activities and disposition of nonconforming material
- Works with computers (ERP systems)
- Participates in the implementation and utilization of the COS tools as necessary for continuous improvement of processes.
- Manage RT program in collaboration with suppliers and customer
- Manage and perform internal audits according to schedule
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong statistical and analytical skills is a must
- Data visualization/dashboard develop strongly preferred
- ERP/MRP knowledge is required. IFS would be a plus.
- Must be detail oriented, skilled at problem solving, be assertive, diligent, and have ability to multitask.
- Must be organized, work independently, and have good time management skills, with ability to prioritize work.
- Must have excellent communication skills and display the ability for sound decision making.
- Must be a team player, set agendas and stick to task and plan.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical field preferred
- 3-5 years related experience
- ASQ (or equivalent) certification strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of quality systems
- Experience using quality tools including SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and data analysis techniques
