The Quality Assurance Inspector II is primarily responsible for inspecting products at various stages of the production process, and compiling and evaluating statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties personally or through associates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by company are followed during production phase
Document inspection results by completing reports and logs
Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions.
Follows Clean Room, Soldering and Assembly workmanship standards
Performs testing of components, collects and records data
Prepare for and support Customer Source Inspections as required
Ships and Receives test components from external vendors performing services
Follow a test plan traveler and ensure compliance, all QA functions as required.
Works with production to improve procedures, work routes, travelers and documentation
Complies with Company standards associated with ISO 9001 and AS9100
Identifies errors in existing production documentation and assists quality and engineering staff to execute corrective action
Maintains a safe, healthy work environment by following standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent education
6+ years working in an electronics manufacturing environment
Past experience working for an ISO certified manufacturing company
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Report writing and documentation of processes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Manufacturing ERP software knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail and willingness to identify faults in existing practices and suggest superior solutions to Marki QA procedures
