The Senior Manager of Quality is responsible for leading the development,integration, standardization, and continuous advancement of quality systems andprocesses across all ABT locations. This role is critical in driving operationalexcellence, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and ensuring compliancewith regulatory, industry, and customer quality requirements. Serving as astrategic partner to Operations and Executive Leadership, the Senior Manager ofQuality drives collaboration, process discipline, and data-drivendecision-making to improve product quality, operational performance, andorganizational effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team by aligning qualitystrategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.
Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, anddata-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving product qualityperformance, consistency, scalability, and process effectiveness across allsites.
Mentor, develop, and support site quality leaders, supervisors, and teammembers to strengthen organizational capability and alignment.
Oversee the administration, standardization, and continuous improvement ofthe Quality Management System (QMS) and associated quality processes andtools.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, certifications, and customerrequirements, including AS9100, Nadcap, IPC, ITAR, CMMC, and customer-specificquality requirements.
Lead and facilitate root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions(CAPA), risk mitigation activities, and systemic problem-solving efforts.
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste,strengthen process control, and enhance overall product and operationalquality.
Support internal audit activities, ensuring effective corrective actions,ongoing compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Ensure product quality and manufacturing processes consistently meetinternal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, monitor, and communicate key quality performance indicators (KPIs),metrics, and trends to leadership teams.
Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Programteams to proactively address quality risks and improve overall businessperformance.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality, or a relatedfield.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, quality systems, orcontinuous improvement.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
Strong working knowledge of AS9100, Nadcap, ISO, and related regulatoryframeworks.
