Sr. Quality Systems Engineer

A global consumer products company is building out a newly formed Global Quality Systems team as part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative supporting Quality, Safety, Regulatory, and Compliance operations worldwide. This is an opportunity to join the team at the ground level and play a key role in implementing and supporting enterprise quality systems that impact global product development, manufacturing, and compliance processes. What You'll Do: Support and administer EQMS modules and other quality systems (including LIMS) Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and drive solution design Lead system enhancements, implementations, testing, UAT, and ongoing support Configure systems, manage permissions, and troubleshoot user issues Drive project management efforts across system updates and process improvements Conduct demos, trainings, and stakeholder sessions across global teams Partner closely with organizational change management and training teams to support adoption and communication initiatives What We're Looking For: 3-5+ years of systems engineering experience Experience supporting enterprise quality systems, EQMS, LIMS, or related platforms Strong background in system configuration and project management Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable leading virtual meetings, trainings, and cross-functional discussions High proficiency in Microsoft Office Veeva Vault White Belt Certification preferred Ability to support occasional meetings outside standard business hours and travel approximately 10% This is a great opportunity for someone excited by digital transformation, systems optimization, and building scalable quality operations within a globally recognized organization.
