Quality Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector with hands-on experience in Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers and/or Pressure Vessels. This role is critical to ensuring products meet strict industry standards and customer requirements.

Pay: $25 – $32/hr (DOE)
Hours: Night Shift

This is a safety-sensitive position.

As a Quality Inspector, you will perform inspections, document findings, and work closely with the Quality Inspection Manager to ensure products meet all code and customer specifications.

• Review radiographs for compliance and quality

• Perform Penetrant Testing (PT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

• Certify data reports and maintain accurate records

• Coordinate code and customer inspections, including urgent night jobs

• Report nonconformities and ensure compliance with applicable codes

• Monitor welding and manufacturing processes for quality adherence

• Receive and inspect incoming materials

• Conduct final inspections prior to shipment
