What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight
1+ years of experience in food manufacturing or plastics
Strong knowledge of metrology, calibration, and inspection methods
Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 9001, and quality management systems
Experience with SPC, data analysis, and technical reporting
Ability to interpret technical specifications and manufacturing standards
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and quality software tools
Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, audit-driven production environment

A Day on the Line
Lead, coach, and supervise the Quality Operators team
Ensure compliance with food safety, food defense, HACCP, and quality system requirements
Support and participate in regulatory, customer, and certification audits
Oversee implementation of food safety culture, workplace safety, and environmental programs
Manage calibration systems, metrological controls, and equipment verification programs
Ensure traceability of certificates, inspection records, and quality documentation
Conduct finished product inspections, raw material evaluations, and product release activities
Lead investigations for non-conformances, complaints, and quality deviations
Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) implementation and data analysis
Develop, update, and maintain quality procedures, control plans, and technical documentation
Ensure proper onboarding and training of employees in quality and operational standards
Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure effective resolution of issues
