Quality Engineer
We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to support product and process quality across the organization. This role serves as a key link between suppliers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage supplier quality issues, including issuing NCRs and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, rejections, and returns.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including occasional on-site visits.
Oversee quarantine and disposition of non-conforming materials.
Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to address quality issues impacting inventory and logistics.
Support inspection of incoming materials and returned products.
Maintain accurate quality documentation, reporting, and communication with global quality teams.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for U.S. customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality systems.
Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000
