Job Description- This role is for our Greenwood, IN warehouse. HOWEVER, you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for training.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and documentation
- Manage internal and customer audit processes, including corrective actions and follow-up
- Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain process standards
Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse and distribution environment with a mix of office and floor presence. The position requires regular interaction with operations teams and may involve a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Education
- High School Diploma
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- At least 3 years of experience working with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and process improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and quality tools (e.g., SIPOC, scorecards)
- Six Sigma certification or training (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) preferred

Pay / Benefits / Perks
- $21.20
