Choose Your Schedule:
We are currently filling spots for our afternoon and overnight squads:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Perfect for those who hate morning alarms!)

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Maximize your daylight hours and earn that night-owl premium.)

Responsibilities:
100% Visual Inspection: Thoroughly check all corners of every item produced by the automation line for defects.

Precision Measuring: Use a ruler/tape measure to verify product specifications and ensure parts meet strict tolerances.

Defect Detection: Identify, track, and record all defects; perform minor repairs on parts when possible or scrap unrepairable items.

Clear old tags and wipe down shipping racks to ensure they are clean and ready for use.

Final Packing: Securely pack all inspected, high-quality parts onto shipping racks according to layout specs.

Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate count of good parts vs. scrap and record data as required.

Team Collaboration: Immediately alert the Line Operator, QA Inspector, or Management when quality trends or equipment issues arise.

Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and "trip-hazard-free" work area (5S standards).

Adaptability: Follow daily production schedules and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a production, assembly, or warehouse environment (specifically in automotive or rubber/plastics is a plus).

Quality Assurance Background: Familiarity with basic QC processes, such as "Pass/Fail" sorting or defect logging.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn how to operate or troubleshoot basic automation interface tools.

Attention to Detail: A proven track record of maintaining high accuracy during repetitive tasks.

Mathematical Basics: Comfort with basic fractions and decimals (related to reading precise measurements on a ruler).

Safety Mindset: Knowledge of standard industrial safety practices (PPE, Lockout/Tagout awareness, etc.).

Education:
