Senior Cloud Consultant - Quality Assurance in India

The Senior Cloud Consultant - QA will be an instrumental member of Cloud for Good's project team testing Salesforce software features as part of a collaborative team and assisting with support requests. This role is responsible for executive quality review of our clients' Salesforce implementations. Responsibilities include creating test plans and strategy, and test cases in partnership with declarative specialists, developers and project managers.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM - 2300 IST)

Key Responsibilities:

Support internal Cloud for Good and external client teams in the test development and execution of system, integration, functional and end-to-end testing for the client's Salesforce-based application

Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Demos and working sessions

Review client requirements and provide feedback

Investigate incoming issues by reproducing reported issues and investigating bugs

Find, isolate, document, and track bugs through to resolution

Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality

Responsible for creating test plans and test cases

Executes functional, regression, acceptance tests and exploratory testing

Executes the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation

Provides suitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes

Ensure user stories comply with acceptance criteria, while monitoring adherence to quality standards in development and implementation

Facilitate communication between development teams and client's QA with respect to quality issues and deliverables

Lead & build the QA function of Cloud for Good

Initiate the standardization of QA processes, measurements and tools

Embed QA practices into each business group in the company as needed

Perpetually contribute to the betterment of Cloud for Good

Be prepared to work in shifts to accommodate our global customer base across different time zones, including the AMER, APAC, and EMEA.

Qualifications:

Certified Salesforce Administrators & Sales cloud

Bachelor's degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience

Familiarity with web-based, cloud services and application development solutions

Knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing practices

Agile methodology experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be client facing

Experience in client services company

Experience in test plan and script creation and implementation

Experience with full-cycle testing of Web interfaces and platforms, functionality, and integration testing

Experience with Agile tooling (ie Atlassian's JIRA)

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce & QA certification (e.g., Certified Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant)

4+ years of testing experience with demonstrable proficiency in various testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Experience with automated testing suite (Provar, Selenium or Copado Robotic Testing) desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
