Position Summary:

Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Senior Manager-Quality Engineering & Automation to lead our organizations efforts to develop and drive strategic vision in establishing the CVS Digital team. The Senior Manager is responsible for defining, leading, and scaling enterprise-wide quality engineering practices across complex, distributed systems. This role will drive the strategy, design, and execution of end-to-end testing frameworks, ensuring high-quality, reliability, and scalable software delivery. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in test automation, CI/CD integration, quality engineering transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. They will lead high-performing teams, influence architecture and engineering practices, and champion a shift-left, automation-first quality mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

+ End-to-End Testing

+ Define and execute the enterprise E2E testing and automation strategy aligned with business objectives.

+ Drive quality engineering transformation from traditional QA to modern automation-first practices.

+ Design and oversee robust E2E test frameworks covering UI, API , data, and integration layers.

+ Ensure comprehensive test coverage across complex microservices and distributed systems.

+ Establish best practices for test design, test data management, and environment strategies.

+ Automation & Tooling

+ Lead the adoption and implementation of modern test automation tools, frameworks, and technologies.

+ Ensure automation is fully integrated into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
