Acts as the local Delaware, OH Single Phase UPS lab resident by organizing equipment, setting up and performing tests, and reporting findings. Will mainly support new product development and occasionally support sustaining test activities. Responsibilities: Train Test Employees and document requirement documents. Sets up and performs tests requested by product engineers. Assist with assembly of prototype units Organizes and maintains a safe, clean, productive lab space. Performs product tear downs and technical analysis down to the PCB level. Reports findings in an organized manner. Requirements: Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products.
