This position can work remote. Job Type: Contract - Maternity Leave Coverage Hourly Pay: $26/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30AM - 4:30PM We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a fully remote contract role. This position plays a key role in keeping quality processes moving efficiently and collaborating across teams including QA, Chemistry, Clinical, and Project Management. What You'll Do Manage and close quality records including CAPAs, deviations, investigations, complaints, change controls, and OOS events Review and approve CAPA extensions and closures Coordinate with teams to ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks Support QA functions including QMS, vendor management, and document control Maintain records in SharePoint and assist with quarterly metrics Help improve quality processes and systems What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience Experience with CAPAs, investigations, deviations, and change controls Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting This is a great opportunity for a QA professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and making an immediate impact.
