Quality Inspector

Perform regular quality assessments on all finished goods prior to releasing to the warehouse. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations. Read and interpret product specifications and quality standards. Measure product dimensionally, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications. Evaluate and ensure that packaging and labeling standards meet requirements. Communicate necessary improvements to the production team to ensure quality control. Document shift performance by completing reports and performance records. Support training for production associates on quality standards and policies. Coordinate the containment process, i.e. MRB for suspect material or product. Generate discrepant material reports. Monitor SPC to ensure run stability. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Computer skills - MS office, emails, and reports. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
