Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility
Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday (with on-call leadership responsibilities)
Pay Range: $ 85k-$115k

What Youll Do
As the Director of Quality , you will oversee the quality and compliance programs that ensure exceptional patient outcomes and regulatory excellence. You will:
- Lead facility-wide quality improvement initiatives and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body standards.
- Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and report data on clinical outcomes, patient safety, and service quality.
- Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative leadership to implement best practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee risk management, incident reporting, and corrective action planning.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred;
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, or performance improvement (behavioral health experience preferred).
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, and state behavioral health regulations .
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be 21 years or older.
