340B Compliance Analyst

Position Summary

The 340B Compliance Analyst is responsible for 340B compliance, program integrity, and financial optimization of the program within the ECU Health covered entity(ies) participating in the 340B Drug Discount Program. The 340B Compliance Analyst will be tasked with program review and coordination, maintenance of software systems, providing support for the daily operations of the covered entity to maintain compliant 340B practices, and other projects as assigned by the Pharmacy 340B Compliance Manager. The 340B Compliance Analyst will work alongside other 340B Team members to complete, validate, and document completed audits related to program compliance. The 340B Compliance Analyst is also responsible for ensuring continuous alignment between covered entity operations, policy and audit readiness. To accomplish these roles, the 340B Compliance Analyst must establish and maintain excellent customer service relations with individuals, committees, and other associated stakeholders in the 340B Program. This position reports to the Pharmacy 340B Compliance Manager.

Minimum Requirements

2-year Associates Degree or higher is required.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance/accounting preferred

Specialty/Major: Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Information Technology/Analytics, Pharmacy or a related field.

Requires 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy, accounting, data analysis, auditing or strong financial reporting background.

Strong Excel, Access, organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask as well as work independently.

340B University Certificate (achieved within 30 days of hire date).

340B Advanced Operations Certificate preferred.

Pay Range

$24.69 - $35.99
