Software Test Engineer

Role: Software Test Engineer
Type: 12-Month Contract + Extensions
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Pay Range: $70 to $80 per hour

• Validate defect fixes and reproduce issues across complex system environments
• Develop Python-based automation scripts and reusable test frameworks
• Expand regression coverage and integrate automated checks into release cycles
• Analyze logs, telemetry, packet captures, and performance metrics for debugging
• Support continuous verification, traceability, and system quality improvements

• 37+ years in software testing, automation, or integration engineering
• Strong Python programming and automation framework development experience
• Hands-on experience with system-level or hardware-integrated testing
• Understanding of networking, telemetry, and distributed systems
• Strong debugging and analytical skills

• Experience with RF/modem technologies or telecom systems
• Exposure to CI/CD regression frameworks and observability tools
• Familiarity with validation metrics like throughput, latency, and reliability
