Seeking Reliability Engineering candidate that will ensure that the product, processes and systems meet defined reliability standards. Able to sort through large amounts of data, using in-house tools to identify trends, determine the root cause and formulate corrective actions. They must be able to collaborate with many other functions as well as external customers and suppliers to ensure all parts going into the final assemble meet requirements.

What you will be doing:
Analyze Failure Reporting Analysis and Correct Action Systems (FRACAS) trends, prioritize failure modes, and recommend corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
Audit Suppliers processes & requirements
Participate in Corrective Action Boards (CAB) and Failure Review Boards (FRB) to drive root cause resolution.
Collaborate daily with engineers, program managers, and customers, delivering clear analytical input and written reports. Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Experience with reliability FRACAS and statistical data mining.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
Additionally, candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM related field from an accredited college. Knowledge in databases and how to run queries in SQL
Analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation.
Ability to manage subcontractors in the Reliability field of expertise.
Define and implement statistical process control procedures and test methods to meet reliability targets.
